- Colony House Nursing and Rehabilitation Center 277 Washington Street Abington, Massachusetts. This facility will pay for you to go to school to become a CNA when they are in need of new employees. You will have to meet their qualifications and also work for them for an agreed amount of time.
- Maplewood Care and Rehabilitation Center 6 Morrill Place Amesbury, Massachusetts. This facility will pay for your CNA classes when they are accepting new employees. The best part is while you are in school you are able to work at their facility and get paid.
- Belmont Manor Nursing Home 34 Agassiz Avenue Belmont, Massachusetts. Every so often this facility will pay for a few people to become a CNA. The only thing you will have to pay for is to take the state exam. Also, after you become licensed you will have a guaranteed job with their facility.

When this facility is hiring new employees they will also pay for students to complete CNA training in exchange for working at their facility for pay. You will not have to cover any fees except for the fee to take the state exam so you can obtain your license.
